Perspectives is a number of things. Among others it is technology in the sense of computer programs, libraries and a method of creating programs. In this section we describe various parts of Perspectives technology. Currently we provide the following.

• Overview. The broad outline of the software architecture, including the Perspectives Exchange Protocol.
• Perspectives on Integration. About system integration, the Perspectives way. External events are handled by modelling a Bot and providing him with Actions.
• Custom screen programming. A model running on the Perspectives Runtime will present standard screens. These fully support the available functionality. However, for a particular application one might improve the user experience by creating custom screens. We provide a React library to this end.
